Shipping & delivery Where we deliver We currently deliver within Türkiye. Each order ships to one country, chosen in the country selector before checkout. UAE delivery will open later; until then you can find DABLI in person at Global Village, Dubai. Where your order ships from Orders ship from stock held in the country you selected, so there are no international customs duties on Türkiye orders. Delivery times We prepare orders within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery then usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery fee The delivery fee, and any free-delivery threshold, is shown in your bag before you pay. Tracking When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check its status from the link in your order confirmation. Failed delivery If the courier cannot deliver after their attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; an extra delivery fee may apply. Returns and exchanges You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
