Products and prices Prices are shown in the currency of the country you selected and include applicable taxes. The delivery fee is shown separately before you pay. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Placing an order Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in clear error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Payment We accept card payments through Stripe. Your bank may ask you to verify the payment (3D Secure). We do not offer cash on delivery. Delivery Delivery times and fees are described in Shipping & delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. We refund the item price, and the original delivery fee where the law requires it, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, and may wait until the item arrives back. Size exchanges are subject to stock. See Returns & exchanges to start a request. Faulty or incorrect items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Liability Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of delivery. Changes We may update these terms.
